We are bringing flying LED screens to Poland

How it works
A heavy-lift drone carries a lightweight LED mesh screen on four cables. The mesh lets wind through, and you upload content as for any LED screen.
A heavy-lift drone takes off from a cordoned zone, away from the audience. The pilot and an observer keep visual contact at all times.
A lightweight LED mesh screen unfolds below the drone. The mesh lets wind through, so the screen hangs steadily on four cables.
The screen lights up: a spot, a logo, a countdown or a match score. Content is controlled from a tablet in MP4, MOV, JPG and PNG.
One slot lasts 10–15 minutes. The pilot watches the wind and battery time, and after the slot the drone lands for a battery swap.
Services
Flying LED screens come first. Further services use the same drones outside the event season.

Safety and compliance
We prepare every operation with the same procedure. The status shows where our preparations stand.
Flight readiness
100%
The company is being incorporated. Permits and authorisations are in preparation. We are not yet flying commercially.
Legal basis: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947, ULC, PAŻP / PansaUTM
Central Warsaw lies in the control zone of Chopin Airport; every site requires an airspace zone analysis (PansaUTM) and approvals.
We check zones in PansaUTM and on the zone map, obstacles, power lines and radio interference. Sites in airport control zones need additional approvals.
We plan operations in the specific category under Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947: a SORA risk assessment and an application for an operational authorisation to the Polish Civil Aviation Authority (ULC).
Before each flight we hold written consent from the owner or manager of the take-off and landing site and from the event organiser.
Third-party liability insurance for the UAS operator, with cover matched to the scale of the operation.
We fly only over a cordoned area (e.g. water or an empty square), with emergency procedures and wind and rain limits. In bad weather we move the show.
Every flight is logged. The client receives a report with slots, airtime, conditions, photos and video of the show.
FAQ
Yes, in the specific category, after a SORA risk assessment and an operational authorisation from the Polish Civil Aviation Authority (Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947). Our authorisations are in preparation; the current status is shown in the Safety section.
No. We fly only over a cordoned area, ideally water or an empty square. The audience watches from the side, at a safe distance.
One slot is 10–15 minutes, which is how long the drone can hover with the screen on one set of batteries. You can schedule several slots in an evening, for example on the hour.
We start with a smaller screen and drone, with the goal of screens up to about 5 × 10 m. An example system on the market has a 4.8 × 15 m screen with a 40 mm pixel pitch.
Every operation has weather limits. If wind or rain is too strong, we move the slot or the show. We agree on the rules with the organiser before the event.
Yes, but the LED mesh has less contrast in daylight. Shows look best at dusk and after dark.
It depends on airspace zones. For example, central Warsaw lies in the control zone of Chopin Airport, so every site needs a zone analysis (PansaUTM) and extra approvals. We will check your location.
An MP4, MOV, JPG or PNG file is enough. The LED mesh has a large pixel pitch, so simple, high-contrast graphics and large lettering work best. We'll advise on proportions or produce the creative.
The screen has no sound, but the slot can easily be synced with music or an announcement from the event's PA system.
We quote each event individually, depending on location, number of slots, screen size and content production. Fill in the brief and we'll come back with a proposal.
We are taking enquiries now. Dates are confirmed once authorisations are in place, and we post progress updates in our news section.
