Terms of service

The site is informational. It presents TABI Media's planned services, which will be provided once the required authorisations are granted.

The Provider offers free of charge: a contact form, a brief configurator, the “Your ad above the city” visualisation configurator and an investor area (with an access code).

A service agreement is concluded when you start using a feature and ends when you stop using it.

You need a device with an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled and, for forms, an email address.

Visualisations on the site are concepts: backgrounds are real photos and the drone and screen were added with AI. They do not depict completed flights.

Information on the site is not an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code but an invitation to enter into an agreement (Art. 71). Terms of each service are agreed individually.

In the configurator you may use only content (logos, claims) you have the rights to. Files are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to the Provider.

Unlawful content is prohibited.

The TABI Media mark, texts, 3D visualisations and site layout are protected. Licences of the fonts and libraries used are listed on the “Sources and licences” page.

You may use a downloaded visualisation internally (e.g. in a client presentation) with the “TABI Media concept visualisation” mark.

Investor-area materials are confidential and intended only for those who received an access code. They are not a public offer or investment advice.

Complaints about the site can be sent to [[DO UZUPEŁNIENIA: e-mail kontaktowy]]. We reply within 14 days.

These terms are governed by Polish law. The Provider may amend them for important reasons and will announce changes on the site.
